Exchanges and returns

We at AERA Studio want you to have the best shopping experience. If you need to exchange or return, follow the guidelines below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

1. Deadline for exchange or return

You can request exchange or return:

For regret: within 7 calendar days of receipt;

Manufacturing defect: within 30 calendar days after receipt.

2. Conditions for acceptance

The product must:

Be unused, in perfect condition;

Be with seals intact (if applicable);

Accompanied by invoice, original packaging and all items/accessories.

Open products or products with indications of use will not be accepted.

3. Procedure

Send an email to: weusearastudio@gmail.com  with:

Order number;

Reason for exchange or return;

Product photos (in case of defect or breakdown).

After review, we will send you a reverse logistics code (where applicable).

Refund (in case of return) will be made:

Via chargeback on the card (up to 2 invoices);

Via Pix or transfer (up to 10 working days).

4. Defective products

The product will be evaluated. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the exchange will be carried out at no cost. If there is no defect found, we will return the product to the customer.

5. Exchange for another product

If you want to exchange for another item, please contact us to check availability and difference in values (if any).
